Objective:

To manage and lead efforts in developing and applying continuous improvement techniques in electronics manufacturing at a world class company in the Boston area.

Overview :

I am currently employed with Lifeline Systems, Inc. as the Manager of Operations Engineering and Logistics where I utilize the 18+ years of experience that I have had in the electronics industry. I hold a Computer Electronics Certificate (1981) from Sylvania Technical Center, a BA degree (1977) from Elmhurst College, and, an AS degree (1975) from Dean Junior College. Most of my valued experience has been acquired while advancing through 7 promotions over 13 years with Lifeline. I have grown as Lifeline has grown in revenue, personnel, and operations. The experience of change "is my life" and has prepared me to become a valued asset to the company. Lifeline was the 1991 recipient of theShingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing. The following three words best describe my work ethic - Passion (believe in the right things, and act on those beliefs), Integrity (say what you believe, and believe what you say), and Dedication (stay the course until results are fully achieved, and do whatever it takes to stay the course).
